Infrastructure Pathway
One Launch Solutions plans to pursue an Alternate Use Right-of-Use and Easement as a pathway to adapt an existing Outer Continental Shelf oil-and-gas platform into fixed launch and re-entry infrastructure.
- Conduct underwater surveys and structural analysis, then reinforce jackets, decks, and piles as needed for launch vibration, acoustic loads, thermal effects, and dynamic point loads.
- Remove or reconfigure legacy production equipment and install launch mounts, flame deflection or water-deluge systems, and cryogenic propellant storage and handling.
- Add command-and-control facilities, telemetry and support systems, remote fire suppression, blast protection, and precision navigation aids.
- Complete applicable well plugging, pipeline decommissioning, site clearance, and remediation obligations, with BOEM and BSEE compliance integrated into the authorization process.

Logan Golladay, J.D., M.B.A., is the Founder of One Launch Solutions. He brings experience as a lawyer at an AmLaw 200 firm working on large development deals across a variety of project types and navigating regulatory, corporate, and real estate legal issues. He began in astronomy before shifting to law to work at the intersection of space, regulation, and commerce.
Bryan Zetlen

Bryan Zetlen is a space and aerospace operations leader and senior systems manager across government, industry, and academia. He currently serves as Space Operations Manager at Virtus Solis Technologies and has held leadership and engineering roles with NASA, Axiom Space, Blue Origin, and programs including the International Space Station, Sea Launch, and Space Shuttle STS. His work also spans aerospace policy and standards, cybersecurity, space systems safety, and export controls. He is a co-founder of the International Space Power Standards Institute and Managing Partner at SUNDOGS Group.
Kent Satterlee III
Advisory Board Member
Kent Satterlee III is a civil, structural, and environmental engineer and manager with 15 years of government-affairs and regulatory-policy experience and 40 years in the offshore industry. He serves as Executive Director of Gulf Offshore Research Institute and is president of Kent Satterlee & Associates and Blue Silo Aquaculture, LLC, in Mandeville, Louisiana.
